Ray’s Project Proposal – Public Hearing Dates

City Council has scheduled a public hearing on May 22. Mark this date on your calendar. It is vitally important that everyone show up and give council their opinion. You can start signing up at 3:30 at city hall. The meeting starts at 6:00. Signing up early means you get to speak early and go home. You can sign up for yourself and your spouse anytime up until the last speaker (about 10:00). If you don’t want to prepare a speech, read this to council: “Let's keep Tropicana Field in place and develop around it. Then you have a true win-win situation. The Rays can keep winning, the fans can be comfortable and the city can keep the tax money generated by development for much-needed city services (rather than spending it on a new stadium).” THIS IS SO IMPORTANT. PLEASE DO IT FOR ST. PETE’S SAKE!

Let's get the word out.  Don't let them do this to our city!
